BMS export sacks loaded into a shipping container

— From Toamasina & Sambava

Sourcing

— Network

Growers, cooperatives, port.

Our sourcing network spans the East coast clove and pepper regions, the SAVA region for vanilla — anchored by our office in Sambava — and inland cooperatives for legumes. We work with growers, cooperatives and supplier partners, consolidate at Toamasina, and ship to international B2B buyers with documented lots.

— Process

01

Buyer brief

We open every relationship by capturing the buyer's specification: product, grade, moisture, packaging, destination, and timeline.

02

Supplier confirmation

We confirm the lot with growers and cooperatives across our East coast, SAVA, and inland legume networks. Origin, harvest, and form are confirmed before booking.

03

Lot sampling

Lots are sampled and checked against the agreed specification. Buyer-facing samples are shared on request.

04

Packaging & documentation

Lots are bagged and consolidated to the agreed packaging. Commercial documents, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate are prepared.

05

Shipment from Toamasina

FCL or LCL shipments from the port of Toamasina, with the buyer's freight forwarder or ours.

06

Buyer follow-up

We follow the shipment through to delivery. If a confirmed requirement is not aligned, we work with the buyer on a documented resolution per the commercial agreement.
